6. Memory card cannot be used?

Please check whether your camcorder’s memory card is protected or not. The another possible is this memory card contains non-DCF images taken by other cameras. When you meet this case, please try to unlock the memory card, if the memory card is unlocked but still cannot be used, you can select to format the memory card, before formatting the card, ensure you back up the files. 

7. All buttons are inactive?

It may caused by Short circuit occurred when connecting the camera with other devices. The common solution is remove the batteries from the camera and insert again.
