If you encountered any problem when using Car DVD Player, following some common symptoms and the relevant solution may help you.
1. No power supply?
Check whether the fuse of the power supply is broken. Replace it with a fuse of proper capacity if necessary.
2..Poor TFT display or no respond from keys?
Press “RESET” key.
3. No channels receiverd?
Check whether the antenna is connected or connected well or not. If not, connect the antenna well.
4. Poor Radio Reception?
The length of the antenna may set improperly. Check whether the antenna is full pulled out or broken. If it is broken, please replace it with a new one.
5. Poor broadcasting signal.
The antenna may be poorly grounded. Check whether the antenna is well grounded.
6. Poor Radio signals?
Please confirm if the ground cable is connected well.
7. No image?
The poor connection between the main Car DVD unit and the TV set.
8. Picture disturbance/image flop?
The colour system is incorrectly set. Please set the colour system to PAL or NTSC according to your TV set.
9. Improper position of touch keys?
In shutdown mode, press <Mute>and the TFT screen coordinates appear. Click the X cross point in “1*1″ with a small round-head tool. Then, click the X cross pointin “1*1″ again and the TFT screen will show “OK” below “1*1″. This indicates the touch keys quite right.
Note: if the problem remains unsolved, please contact the supplier for help. Please do not dismantle the player by yourself.
