4.When play music, do not read the music file.Please make sure the file format is MP3/WMA format. If your MP3/WMA files can’t play on your PC or your China MP3 player, it may caused by Virus, please try to kill the virus or format your MP3 player with FAT format option. 

5.When play music, Show this Error: “Error! Reformat Internal media with…”

If format the MP3 player with FAT32 format, please use the latest driver in the accessory CD to to re-flash your MP3 player with the Re-flash Tool which in the driver and software installation CD. Please make sure that you use the compatible firmware which suitable for your mp3 player.
